Residential Units
Al Liwan, a mixed-use development in Hamala in the Kingdom of Bahrain, consists of four residential apartment buildings: Al Sidra, Al Nakhla, Al Louz, Al Neem, each is designed to meet the highest living standards.
The project consists of 117 residential apartments, available for long term rental, which are aimed to suit both individuals and families as they offer the options of 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom & 3 Bedroom apartments.
To enhance the sense of community amongst the residents, a number of communal gardens have been developed surrounding each building. This would create a sense of neighbourhood attachment, inviting residents to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. Private balconies are also provided for all apartments, which overlook stunning views of the plazas and the boulevard, which shapes the whole project.
