“Seef Properties” Signs New Lease Agreement with “The Orangery Tearoom & Patisserie” to open their latest branch at Al Liwan

Achieving 60% of Total Occupancy Rate of Commercial Spaces in the Project

Seef Properties, one of the leading integrated real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has recently announced the signing of a lease agreement with Al Amriya Hospitality to open the third branch of “The Orangery Tearoom & Patisserie” in Al Liwan project; one of the promising projects being developed by Seef Properties in Hamala area in the Northern Governorate.

The latest branch of The Orangery is located within the Garden Plaza in Al Liwan and it occupies a space of 303 square meters. It is one of the Kingdom’s finest restaurants and cafes, which is elegantly designed and is inspired by the conservatories built in European fashionable residences from the 17th to the 19th century. The Orangery provides an elegant experience that focuses on the traditional English tearoom era and offers an a la carte menu with an influence of the Middle East.

On this occasion, Seef Properties Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ahmed Yusuf stated: “We are “delighted to announce this new partnership with Al Amriya Hospitality in Al Liwan project.
